Transit time depends on distance. Moves under 500 miles typically take 3-7 business days. Moves between 500 and 1,500 miles take 7-12 business days. Cross-country interstate moves over 1,500 miles may take 10-14 business days. Peak season (May through September) can add 2-3 days to these estimates.

Claims are governed by the Carmack Amendment, which is a federal statute that holds carriers liable for loss or damage during interstate transport. Your coordinator guides you through the federal claims process if any issue arises.
Most carriers in our network require a minimum shipment weight of 2,000-3,000 lbs for dedicated interstate moves. If your move is smaller than this, we can arrange a consolidated shipment where your belongings share truck space with other shipments heading the same direction — which also reduces your cost.
